Thinking about moving to Westpark in Kennesaw? I’m a little biased, because Westpark is my own neighborhood. Here’s what I’d want a friend to know before they start touring homes. For maps, sources and more detail, read my full Westpark neighborhood guide.

Where Westpark is

Westpark sits off Acworth Due West Road, just north of Stilesboro Road, in West Cobb. Homes have a Kennesaw 30152 mailing address, but the neighborhood is in unincorporated Cobb County, outside Kennesaw’s city limits. That means county services and county taxes, not city ones, so it’s worth factoring into your budget.

The homes

Westpark was planned for 84 homes. Lennar began selling its section in 2013, with four- to six-bedroom homes on half-acre homesites, three-car garages and basements on some lots. Expect larger homes here. In late October 2026, the active listings on my Westpark search page averaged about 4,600 square feet. The HOA’s community listing shows a clubhouse and tennis, so ask for the current dues and covenants before you write an offer.

Everyday life

Leone Hall Price Park is about half a mile away, straight-line, with creek and meadow trail loops that make an easy daily walk. Allatoona Creek Park adds more than 35 miles of mountain bike trails and a dog park. For errands, Kroger and Publix face each other on Mars Hill Road, and nearby favorites many Westpark residents love include Stilesboro Biscuits for breakfast and the Mars Hill Road spots for an easy dinner.

Schools

When I checked five Westpark addresses in Cobb County’s official school locator on October 27, 2026, all of them were assigned to Frey Elementary, McClure Middle and Allatoona High. Zones can change, so always look up the exact address with the district before you buy. I’m happy to do it with you.
